Rental Coordinator

As a Rental Coordinator based in our Charlotte, NC branch, you will work directly with our customers and internal departments on any rental equipment needs. Duties include but are not limited to: Communicatingvia phone and email with external customers and internal service, transportation, and sales departments. Assisting in identifying short-term rental equipment needs and provide support regarding rental availability and quoting to customers and internal departments. CreatingRental Contracts and Total Maintenance and Repair Contracts; maintain rental paperwork and documentation to standards. Working with service departments to schedule rental equipment maintenance and preparation. Coordinatingrental equipment delivery and pickup to customer locations, and ensure all information is logged into the appropriate systems. Communicatingwith branches regarding off-rent equipment.
