CDL Driver-Class A

We are seeking a CDL Driver to deliver a variety of metal framing products manufactured at Steel Construction Systems in Orlando, FL. As a CDL Driver you will be responsible for the safe handling and delivery of these materials to Steel-Con customers. This position will be based out of our Home office in Orlando, FL.

Steel Construction Systems is a manufacturing company based in Orlando, Florida, specializing in steel framing systems and metal construction products used in commercial and residential construction projects. The company manufactures high-quality metal framing components and distributes materials to contractors and construction sites throughout the region.

CDL Driver-Class A Details:

Temporary position
$ 24.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

CDL Driver-Class A Qualifications:

Valid CDL Class A license required Clean driving record and current DOT medical card Experience driving flatbed trucks preferred Ability to safely load, unload, and secure metal framing materials Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices Forklift experience is a plus Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Dependable, punctual, and customer-service oriented Ability to follow delivery schedules and communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Previous construction, building materials, or steel industry experience preferred
