Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Serve as a key finance partner to executive and operational leadership, supporting strategic and commercial decision-making. Lead financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Deliver high-impact financial analysis and insights to support growth, margin improvement, and investment decisions. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and ensure accuracy and consistency of results. Develop and maintain management reporting and KPI frameworks that drive business performance visibility. Partner with business leaders to evaluate pricing, profitability, product/customer performance, and cost structure. Lead and develop the accounting and finance team, building capability and accountability within the function. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with corporate financial policies. Support cross-functional initiatives that improve financial processes, systems, and decision support tools.
