This is a variable shift position, Night Shift - 1830-0700 Weekends and holidays as needed call: M-F 2100-0630, Sat and Sunday 630-1900 or 1830-0700 Must have experience in: 1. Neurosurgery 2. Spine 3. Comple Ortho/Ortho Spine 4. All jewelry or armbands must be removed from upper extremities prior to scrubbing. Special Procedures/Unit Details: Level 1 Trauma 18 bed Operating room. Surgical procedures include, General Surgery, Robotic Surgery, Laparoscopic Surgery, Trauma Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Spinal surgery, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Burns, Urology, GYN, and Transplant. Special Equipment: ************************************************HARD STOPS- Must have exp with DaVinci Xi Robot, ophthalmology and liver transplant. If they do not rate 3/4 please do not pass/screen. redirect without DaVinci Xi, eye and liver transplant exp. MUST have exp with 1 out of the 2 following services lines- Neuro or OrthoPlease do not pass/screen if they are not proficient with at least neuro or ortho #Tier4 Travel Compliance There is a strict compliance deadline of Tuesday prior to start no exceptions. Please screen for any candidate vacation time taking place immediately after booking as this will likely cause a push due to fingerprinting delays. Please only submit to one location. The AM team will find the best fit for the clinician. PLEASE NOTE: ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE MADE AWARE OF THE URGENCY OF THE OHIO FINGERPRINTING PROCESS. Candidate must complete fingerprints as soon as they sign contract. TRAVELERS WHO ARE UNRESPONSIVE OR UNCOOPERATIVE WITH CREDENTIALING ARE AT RISK OF PUSH/CANCEL. All candidates who are currently outside the state of Ohio but within driving distance will be required to drive to a fingerprinting location in Ohio as soon as possible after booking. Travelers who are extreme distances from Ohio will be mailed a fingerprinting packet, which is to be completed urgently upon receipt. Detailed instructions will be sent to the candidate by the Credentialing team. RTO required with submission, must be built into contract Locals are accepted at the same rate Reference Requirements: 2 professional references are required. At least 1 reference must be from a manager/director or someone in a formal leadership capacity (e.g., a supervisor). Charge RN acceptable for 2nd reference. No coworker references accepted. Former employees are eligible for a travel assignment once they have been away from the facility for 6 months or more Current employees are ineligible to be hired as a traveler at any Ohio State University hospital location RNs- must have valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission. MRI techs - submittals without OH license are acceptable. Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.
