Lead Commercial Construction Project Manager

KO Storage in Minnetonka, MN seeks a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead entitlement, permitting and construction activities. You will manage schedules and a multi‑million-dollar budget, coordinating design, procurement and field work for on-time delivery. You will mentor junior PMs, negotiate contracts, provide weekly status updates to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with SOPs. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate or Urban Planning and a valid driver’s #J-18808-Ljbffr KO Storage
