Commercial Construction Project Manager

Overview Jorgenson Construction is seeking an experienced construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our projects. As a key leader on our team, you’ll manage all phases of construction, from preconstruction, budgeting and scheduling to subcontractor management and award, to overall project oversight and delivery. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines, controlling costs, and ensuring safety compliance. Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing commercial construction projects Responsibilities Review, select, invite, coordinate, projects to bid Bid compilation Project Award, Start Up to Final Completion including Punch List Administrate projects Manage project start up, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering Communication with various entities for completing construction project Coordinate job site activity Monitor job site progress Adherence to monetary budgets, quality control and safety standards Inspection of construction site Team leader Knowledge & Skills Project Management experience in Commercial Construction Thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety standards Ability to plan and organize a team effort Good client management and goodwill building ability Effective time management and logical decision making ability Jorgenson Construction is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jorgenson Construction Inc
