Event Concierge

Event Concierge – Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between event managers and planners during the event phase. Provide seamless on‑site support and proactive problem solving. Represent the hotel by addressing guest needs, anticipating and resolving potential issues. Collaborate closely with operational departments (Events Services, Setup, Outlets, Engineering, Front Office) to ensure event success. Assume additional responsibilities within the Sales & Events division as business demands require. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
