At MasTec Civil, LLC, the Assistant Project Manager reports to and is responsible for assisting the Project Executive with the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the project(s) to meet schedule and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, construction coordination and contract administration functions.MasTec Civil, LLC, a MasTec Company, is a heavy highway contractor specializing in the construction of complex transportation projects that include roadway, bridges, interchanges, mass transit, and tolling facilities. Continuously evaluate and improve execution strategies throughout the project.Project Coordination: Serve as the primary company representative on-site. Lead progress and internal coordination meetings, ensure timely document submission, and conduct pre-activity meetings to align on scope, resources, safety, and quality requirements.Staffing & Leadership: Partner with HR to staff the project, supervise engineering personnel, mentor junior engineers, and enforce company policies across the team.Contract & Financial Oversight: Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents and payment terms.
