We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for our clients, assisting with policy changes, coverage reviews, claims reporting, and account servicing. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and providing personalized support. • Base salary of $55,000-$60,000 based on experience

• Monday-Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy changes and account servicing requests
• Conduct policy reviews and answer coverage questions
• Take and report insurance claims
• Cross-sell additional insurance products and coverage options
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide prompt, professional, and compassionate customer service

Requirements

• Active Florida 220 or 440 insurance license required
• Experience with Applied Epic system
• Prior insurance agency Personal Lines experience
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Compassionate and client-focused approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
