Production Associate (2nd Shift)

Position Title: Production Associate Wage: $19.00-$21.00/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 3:00pm-11:30pm We are seeking experienced Production Team Members to join a growing food manufacturing team on 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintaining food processing and filling equipment while ensuring food safety, product quality, and production efficiency. This is a potential to hire opportunity in East Troy, WI. Production Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Set up, operate, monitor, and maintain food processing and filling equipment Perform equipment cleaning and sanitation in accordance with food safety standards Complete equipment changeovers to support production schedules Troubleshoot machinery and identify basic mechanical issues Meet daily production, quality, and safety goals Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety regulations Handle food products safely and efficiently Accurately complete production documentation and quality checks Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Assist with team leadership responsibilities as needed Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment (if certified) Production Associate Requirements: High school diploma or GED Preferred previous experience in food manufacturing, food production, or food processing Preferred experience handling food products in a regulated production environment Preferred mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot production equipment Preferred forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic Detail‑oriented and committed to quality and food safety standards Ability to follow written procedures and safety protocols Regular standing, walking, bending, and reaching Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to work in cold and hot production environments Must be able to distinguish colors for quality and production purposes Exposure to food allergens may occur (excluding peanuts) Required PPE includes gloves, hairnets, and closed‑toe shoes Successful candidates will have experience in Food Manufacturing, Food Processing, Machine Operation, Production Equipment Setup, GMP Compliance, Food Safety & Sanitation, Mechanical Troubleshooting, Quality Control, Forklift Operation, Team Collaboration We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Monroechamber
