Position: Leasing Agent / Full-Time Employee Overview Corridor is seeking a high-energy, motivated, and people-focused Touring / Leasing Agent to join our growing leasing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys meeting new people, and loves the excitement of closing deals. As a Touring / Leasing Agent, your primary responsibility will be converting qualified leasing leads into signed leases through exceptional tours, relationship-building, and strong closing skills. Corridor provides the lead generation — we are looking for someone who can confidently guide prospects through the touring and leasing process and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Conduct apartment tours for prospective tenants across multiple properties. Build rapport quickly and create a positive touring experience. Confidently present apartment features, amenities, pricing, and neighborhood benefits. Guide prospects through the leasing process and work to secure signed leases. Follow up with prospective tenants after tours to drive conversions. Overcome objections and communicate value effectively. Maintain a strong sense of urgency and consistently work toward leasing goals. Track tour activity and leasing outcomes accurately. Client & Prospect Communication Maintain professional and timely communication with prospective renters. Coordinate tour schedules efficiently with the leasing support team. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing experience. Market Knowledge Stay informed on local rental market trends and competing properties. Understand pricing, availability, and inventory across assigned properties. Professional Representation Represent Corridor with professionalism, energy, and integrity. Contribute positively to team culture and company growth. Maintain a polished appearance and customer-first mindset. Qualifications Previous leasing experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, outgoing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Natural sales ability with confidence in closing deals. Ability to manage multiple tours and priorities throughout the day, and occasionally into the evenings and weekends during busy season. Total compensation ranges from $80,000–$110,000 annually , based on performance and leasing volume. Base salary + commission. Performance-driven compensation structure with strong earning potential.
