We are currently hiring an experienced Leasing Agent for an apartment community in Minneapolis, MN . We are looking for a motivated, personable professional who enjoys working with residents and helping prospective renters find their next home.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and showcase available apartments
• Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Process rental applications and assist with the leasing process
• Explain rental criteria, policies, and community features to prospective residents
• Follow up with prospective residents and maintain strong lead communication
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and related documentation
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and resident communications
• Maintain accurate leasing and resident records
• Assist with marketing and maintaining property occupancy
• Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents
• Address resident questions and concerns professionally
• Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office and community

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing or property management experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales and leasing experience preferred
• Professional and personable attitude
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and property management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Affordable housing experience is a plus but not required
