Contract: 13 Weeks (Possibility of Extension)
Shift: All shifts
Minimum Years of Experience: 1
Guaranteed Hours: 36

Job Description:

Active California LVN license
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong patient assessment and emergency response skills
Experience with medication administration, IV starts, blood draws, EKGs, treatments, and catheterization
Accurate EMR/documentation and patient/family education
Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
Able to provide care to SNF/acute/swing-bed patients, including confused or challenging patients
Must follow infection control, safety, and medication protocols
Able to work independently and adapt to changing needs
Caribbean Blue scrubs are mandatory
All shifts ; schedule based on facility needs
Must maintain professional conduct, current credentials, and required in-service training
