New Business Manager

Leading a team of New Business Executives, the full-time Manager, New Business will focus on creating and closing strategic opportunities within complex K-12 accounts while managing revenue performance and pipeline development in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team to achieve revenue goals and manage performance against quotas Set and execute the team's strategy for demand creation and account prioritization Utilize key performance metrics to guide decisions and improve results while maintaining accurate forecasts Required qualifications 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 2 years in a leadership role Proven success in leading new business teams within Mid-Market or Enterprise sectors Strong coaching skills with experience in developing sales talent and achieving sales targets Hands-on experience with Salesforce and sales-enablement tools Familiarity with K-12 education or education technology is preferred
