Machine BuilderAssemble custom automated equipment, fixtures, and machinery using blueprints and drawings. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and materials to ensure precise construction. Install and align machine frames, conveyors, guarding, tooling, and automation components effectively. Assemble and install components such as bearings, gearboxes, shafts, and pneumatic parts. Provide assistance with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including cylinders, valves, regulators, and manifolds.ResponsibilitiesAssemble custom automated equipment, fixtures, and machinery using blueprints and drawings.Interpret blueprints, schematics, and materials accurately.Install and align machine frames, conveyors, guarding, tooling, and automation components.Assemble and install components such as bearings, gearboxes, shafts, and pneumatic parts.Assist with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including cylinders, valves, regulators, and manifolds.Essential Skills2+ years of machine building or mechanical assembly experience.Experience reading blueprints and mechanical drawings.Experience with automation equipment, robotics, conveyors, and industrial machinery.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ability to use precision measuring tools and hand/power tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsMechatronics Degree is a plus.Tooling or Tool and Die experience is a plus.Machining or Machinist experience is a plus.Why Work Here?Enjoy a stable 1st-shift work environment with a 6% 401(k) match, working in a climate-controlled shop. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Stable 1st-shift work environment. 6% 401(k) match. Climate-controlled shop. Variety of custom automation and robotics projects.
