CRM Lead

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in CRM systems with 2+ years in team leadership. Proficiency in CRM platforms Dynamics CRM, Salesforce classic/lightening. Certifications in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification) are a plus. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with tools like Jira, GitHub, Confluence. Strong grasp of security and privacy standards relevant to customer data handling. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in fintech or customer support technology platforms. Familiarity with CES operational domains such as escalation management, partner scorecards, and voice of customer programs. Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications.
