The AE Department provides a range of instructional programs that help adults get the basic skills they need to be productive workers, family members, and citizens. The primary program areas are Adult Basic Education (ABE), GED Preparation, and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL). The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for recruiting new students for the Department in the tri county area of Adult Education services; Leon, Gadsden, and Wakulla Counties.The day-to-day responsibilities will include:* Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enable student referrals and recruitment; assist with the distribution of marketing materials (print, social media, website, etc.); follow-up with potential students via phone or email; develop and conduct presentations at community events; assist students with applying and registering to the College; track recruitment efforts to determine best practices.**Work Schedule:** 20 hours per week; hours may include weekends and evenings**Contact:** Daisy Garcia, Program Coordinator, via email View email address on click.appcast.io**Who We’re Looking For** We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success.
