Manager, Organic Social

Serve as the primary brand ambassador for organic social media Own the day-to-day scheduling, posting, approval, and reporting of social media content Develop, manage, and continuously optimize the global social media content strategy Monitor and report on social listening activity, delivering actionable insights Lead and maintain the organization’s Employee Advocacy program Collaborate with the Snr. Manager to oversee the planning and execution of integrated social media campaigns Stay current with the latest digital and social media trends and share insights Requirements 4-7 Years of experience in content management or marketing, preferably in a multi-regional or global context Demonstrated expertise in copywriting, content editing, and managing content calendars Experience in writing and localizing content for various markets and channels Strong knowledge of data-driven campaign reporting and analytics Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across global, regional, and subregional teams Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and optimizing global social media content strategies, with a strong focus on data-driven campaign reporting and analytics. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across multiple regions.
