Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social, Creator Marketing

Lead Favor’s influencer, affiliate, and paid social strategies to drive full-funnel acquisition Drive paid social channel planning based on target audiences and growth goals Define and chart Favor’s paid social strategy, including channel mix and creative strategy Build and scale an always‑on micro‑influencer and affiliate program Use Impact.com to streamline creator selection, briefing, automated payouts, and program optimization Serve as primary point of contact for influencer and affiliate partners Lead outreach, contract negotiations, relationship management, and creator briefings Oversee creator promotional and discount strategies to drive new‑user growth and retention Leverage Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMP) and Media Mix Modeling (MMM) for cross‑channel tracking Measure campaign performance, establish benchmarks, and synthesize data into actionable strategies for senior executives Partner with product and engineering teams to implement deep links and automation optimizations Continuously improve campaign technical performance Collaborate with creative, analytics, and integrated marketing teams to maximize growth Requirements Bachelor’s degree 7+ years of demonstrated experience managing social media channels Experience building out influencer marketing strategy Ability to map channel investment and strategy to business goals Experience with measurement tools (MMP and Media Mixed Modeling) Quantitative ability and advanced understanding of digital media analytics and relevant KPIs Ability to leverage AI to increase productivity, including elevating creative briefs or data analysis Experience building relationships with influencers and affiliates Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments Ability to synthesize data into learnings and trends for senior executives Experience working for DTC brand(s) with aggressive acquisition goals Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in leading influencer and affiliate marketing strategies, with a strong focus on data-driven decision‑making and cross‑channel performance measurement.
