Hospitality Dishwasher & Guest Experience Specialist

Guest Service Associate Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly and positive manner with a sense of urgency. Assists with guest recovery and notifies manager to ensure positive experiences. Communicates clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and fellow co‑workers. Works as a team player to meet guest needs, and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments. Attends all required department and company meetings and training sessions. Knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures. Performs opening, running, and closing department duties as assigned. Required experience: 1+ year of prior guest service experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant or entertainment settings. Excellent verbal communication skills, attention to detail, guest focused, and the ability to perform job duties in a fast‑paced and loud environment. Work days, nights, holidays, and/or weekends as required. Ability to use a point of sale system and other electronic equipment as needed. Performs functions which require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing and stocking up to 30 lbs. Some positions require working in extreme temperatures. Walk or stand for long periods of time. Desire and ability to smile throughout shift. Dishwasher Position Summary An Andretti Dishwasher is a part‑time role responsible for anticipating guest needs, exceeding guest service expectations while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Clean all dish and glassware for the restaurant and kitchen operations. Work closely with bussers and cooks in stocking dishware and keeping dish areas clean. Ensure the availability of clean plates, silverware, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. Understand and follow safety and sanitation procedures. Maintain detailed cleaning standards, including sweeping, mopping, dish racks and storage areas. Take out trash, replace trash bags and wash trash cans. Observe, instruct and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence. Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and fellow co‑workers. Work as a team player to meet guests’ needs and actively contribute to other departments. Attend all required department and company meetings and training sessions. Maintain a clean work area in compliance with Andretti Indoor Karting & Games policies and procedures. Knowledge of facility emergency procedures. Perform opening, running and closing department duties as assigned. Adhere to proper uniform guidelines according to Andretti Indoor Karting & Games. Display excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills. Show eagerness to learn new skills. Skills & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday. Ability to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends. Physical Requirements Walk or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular basis. Perform functions which require organization, bending, reaching, turning, lifting, climbing and occasional stocking up to 50 lbs. Ability to communicate quickly and accurately. Work environment may include bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds. Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
