Job Description

Position: Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Business Analyst

Location: Remote – Lackland, TX Program

Experience: 5+ years

Clearance: Tier 1 (T1) background investigation / CAC required

U.S. Citizenship is required , along with eligibility to obtain and maintain a T1 background investigation and CAC .

The role focuses on Oracle EBS Financials , particularly General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management (CE) . The position also involves requirements gathering, business process analysis, Oracle AIM documentation, functional specifications, SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, data/reconciliation analysis, and collaboration with technical development teams.

Key areas of experience include:

Oracle EBS / EBS R12 Financials
GL, AP, AR, and Cash Management
Business and functional requirements documentation
Oracle AIM or similar implementation methodology
Functional specifications and process-flow documentation
SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect tracking
EBS integrations, interfaces, reports, conversions, and workflows
Federal financial systems experience, preferably DoD
RICE/RICEW coordination with technical teams
