QA Engineer Lead - Selenium

Job Description Our client, a top national retailer, is looking for QA Engineer Lead with Selenium experience to work within the Dotcom environment on a product team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing quality assurance programs both manually and automated. MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Experience in a QA Analyst Lead role Strong experience with Test Automation skills using Selenium Webdriver Strong Device Testing experience Experience within a retail environment Experience in implementing and tracking testing KPI’s and metrics Experience in documentation and summarizing of test results and report findings Experience working with Jira SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Experience in working and interacting with Product owners Prior experience in working TDD (Test Driven Development) and/or ATDD (Acceptance Test Driven Development) Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment with short release cycles Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment RESPONSIBILITIES Automated Test scripts using Selenium Webdriver. Efficiently log and track Defects in JIRA. Attend Sprint Planning meetings and other related Agile testing activities. Create Dashboard reports presenting to stakeholders. Develop and provide testing metrics and reports for the QA dashboard. Document and track key project milestones and overall project deliverables. Interact with multiple teams for integration testing and for test data needs.
