Work a schedule that varies with business needs – including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Demonstrate a results‑oriented selling style. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care. Charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization. Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Embrace a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of standing for extended periods, lifting 50+ pounds, and arriving to work on time. Work between 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Provide reliable support and step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
