Florida Woman Care is actively recruiting is seeking a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife to join our affiliated partner, Dr. Hyler & Associates , serving the growing communities of Middleburg and Orange ParkThis is a full-scope practice opportunity offering a healthy work life balance, for a midwife who values both clinical excellence and meaningful patient relationships.

About Practice:

Dr. Hyler & Associates is a well-established, serving women and families in the Jacksonville area since 1996, and it has always been our mission to provide outstanding services while emphasizing one-on-one personal care and attention with our specialists.

• Locations: Three office sites - Orange Park, Middleburg, and Fleming Island
• Hospital affiliations: Deliveries and surgeries performed at Ascension St. Vincent's Clay County and HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital
• Team structure: 6 Board-Certified OB/GYNs, 1 physician assistant, and 8 CNMs
• Call schedule: Call Schedule evenly shared with team of Midwives

• • Call 1:5 weekends
  • 24-hour post call off
  • Must be within 30 minutes of the hospital

• Patient volume: 18 -23 patients per day
• Estimated Deliveries per Month: 105 babies per month
• Culture: Supportive, collegial, and dedicated to work-life balance
• Clinical EMR: Athena
• Support includes assigned medical assistant
• Open to both new graduates and experienced physician

Requirements:

• AMCB Certified Nurse-Midwife
• Graduate of a nurse-midwifery education program accredited by ACNM Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME)
• Master's degree in nursing (MS/MSN)
• Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license
• CPR and NALS Certification
• Current Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain
• New graduates are welcome to apply. Labor and delivery experience as a RN is preferred
