You’ll manage front desk operations, patient check-ins, and scheduling, playing a key role in our day-to-day flow and operational success.Key Responsibilities:Greet patients with warmth, compassion, and professionalismConfirm and update insurance and demographic details at each visitSchedule and coordinate provider appointments, adjusting as neededAssist patients who missed appointments to encourage treatment continuityHandle prior authorizations and explain patient financial responsibilitiesDistribute, verify, and scan forms, including handbooks and intake documentsCollect co-pays and process payments; set up payment plans when neededMaintain a clean, organized front office and uphold patient confidentialityProvide courteous, effective communication by phone and in personParticipate in team huddles and contribute to a supportive work environmentWhat We’re Looking For:High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred1+ year of experience in a fast-paced medical office requiredCustomer service and/or healthcare experience strongly preferredProficient with EMRs, Microsoft Office, and phone systemsStrong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skillsCompassionate mindset and a desire to support patients in recoveryWhy CleanSlate?Monday–Friday scheduleGenerous PTO, floating holiday, and paid company holidaysMedical, dental, and vision benefits + 401(k) with company matchCompany-paid life and disability insuranceBe part of a mission-driven team making a real impactReady to greet your next opportunity with purpose?
