Responsibilities

The Senior Director of Dining Services is responsible for food and dining services in an assigned nursing center and supports other nursing centers. This individual plans and supervises activities of the department and provides technical guidance and administrative direction over food planning, menu formulation, and preparation and serving of regular and therapeutic diets.

Qualifications

Certification in accordance with regulatory agencies governing the nursing center.

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors.
