Assistant Construction Project Manager

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager / Project Administrator with 5+ years of experience to support their team. This is a 1–2 month contract, fully on-site opportunity based in either Glenn Dale, MD or Pasadena, MD, with the potential to transition to a hybrid schedule based on performance.If this sounds like a great fit for you, please apply below!

salary: $35 - $40 per hour

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Experience supporting construction or mechanical projects.
• Gathering lien waivers and closeout documentation.
• Managing project paperwork required for customer payment.
• Providing exceptional customer service to customers.
• Coordinating final project documentation and administrative processes.
• Working effectively in a fast-paced construction or mechanical contracting environment.
• Assist in logging, tracking, and processing proposed change orders and approved client/subcontractor change orders.
