California Licensed Medical Case Manager

Providing comprehensive telephonic case management, the full-time California Licensed Medical Case Manager will utilize clinical skills to ensure medically appropriate care and facilitate return-to-work strategies for injured employees in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Conduct utilization review activities and ensure accurate documentation of case management activities Coordinate treatment programs and communicate effectively with adjusters, clients, and providers to optimize care Evaluate and update treatment and return-to-work plans throughout the claim lifecycle Required qualifications Active unrestricted RN license in California; Arizona license preferred Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent work experience preferred Five years of related experience, including two years of direct clinical care or case management Certification in case management or a related specialty is highly preferred Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred
