Our faith-based culture is grounded in generosity, partnership, and excellence, shaping how we care for our customers and one another.What You'll Do as an Inside Sales/Customer Service RepresentativeAnswer customer calls and provide knowledgeable support with product questions, quotes, orders, warranties, and other service needs.Assist contractors and homeowners visiting the showroom by explaining product options, helping with selections, and preparing quotes or orders as needed.Respond to customer emails promptly, handling quote requests, warranty needs, order placements, and other inquiries as you build relationships with your customer base.Prepare accurate quotes and orders while working toward Premiere's standard of completing customer quotes within one business day.Resolve customer issues by taking ownership, tracking down missing products, coordinating warranty-related reorders, and following through until needs are addressed.Support contractor pickups throughout the day by preparing paperwork, obtaining signatures, and helping customers get back on the road efficiently.Maintain showroom samples by assisting with reordering and stocking so customers have the resources they need when making product selections.Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and delivery team members to provide customers with one consistent, responsive Premiere experience.Our Ideal Inside Sales/Customer Service RepresentativeCustomer-Focused: Friendly, welcoming, and patient, with a genuine desire to help contractors and homeowners get the answers and support they need.Dependable: Takes ownership, follows through on commitments, and can be counted on to respond accurately and promptly to customer needs.Experienced: 3+ years of customer service, inside sales, order entry, retail sales, or related customer-facing experience; building materials or construction experience is strongly preferred.Solutions-Oriented: Remains calm when challenges arise, takes initiative, and works toward solutions rather than passing customer problems along.Tech-Ready: Comfortable using Microsoft Office/Outlook; experience with CRM and ERP systems is preferred.Values-Driven: Works well on a team and is comfortable in a faith-based culture where generosity, partnership, excellence, respect, and serving others are part of how we work each day.What We Offer Our Inside Sales/Customer Service RepresentativePay Range: $22-$25/hour, DOEHealth InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Holidays401(k) Retirement Plan With Company MatchChristmas BonusEmployee DiscountCompany & Vendor Training / WorkshopsTeam Appreciation EventsTo ApplyCustomer Service Representatives, Customer Service Specialists, Inside Sales Representatives, and building materials professionals seeking a customer-focused role with a faith-based, values-driven company are encouraged to explore this opportunity with Premiere Building Products.
