Roadrunner Equipment is a family-owned Lancaster County manufacturer designing and building premium skid steer attachments, cutting edges, and related equipment for customers in the construction, agriculture, landscaping, and industrial markets. What You'll Do as an Inside Sales Representative

• Respond promptly to incoming phone, email, website, and advertising leads.
• Prepare quotes, pricing, product information, and freight estimates for customers.
• Follow open quotes through to a decision while keeping the sales pipeline organized and up to date.
• Guide customers in selecting the right products and options for their specific equipment applications.
• Develop relationships with existing and prospective equipment dealers to help grow Roadrunner's dealer network.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, and sales information in the CRM/ERP system.
• Support digital marketing, email campaigns, product promotions, and dealer communications.
• Re-engage previous leads and customers to generate repeat business and referrals while tracking where new leads originate.
