Job Description Junior High School Campus Secretary 2026-2027 School Year Intermediate School PRIMARY PURPOSE Under the direction of the principal, the campus secretary performs a variety of clerical and support work involving both specific routines and broadly defined policies and procedures; greets and interacts with public; works cooperatively with staff, students and parents. Performs other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Secretarial / clerical experience is preferred. Computer proficiency is required, including word processing and spreadsheets. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Bilingual preferred, but not required. Limited summer hours required.
