Qualifications:
- 1-3 years hotel engineering or related experience
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on guest rooms, public areas, and critical building systems.
- Work hands‑on across HVAC, electrical, fire, plumbing, pools, and mechanical equipment while communicating issues and solutions to drive efficient resolution.
- Respond promptly to guest and operational needs, and ensure all areas meet Viceroy's luxury standards for safety, functionality, and presentation.
