• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair chillers , including air-cooled and water-cooled systems.
• Service and troubleshoot commercial boilers and hydronic heating systems .
• Diagnose, install, service, and maintain VRF systems .
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control-system issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers, building engineers, and facility managers.
• Complete service reports and document equipment conditions and repairs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
