Client Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a personable and organized Client Experience Coordinator to support clients throughout the planning and reservation process while helping create a smooth and positive overall experience. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates professionally, and takes pride in providing attentive service. Key Responsibilities Communicate with clients to understand preferences, priorities, and service needs Assist with researching and coordinating appropriate options and services Provide clear information and timely updates throughout the planning process Support reservation requests and review details for accuracy Provide confirmations and other important information to clientsAssist with questions, modifications, and special requests Follow up with clients when additional information or action is needed Maintain organized and accurate client records Communicate professionally with service providers when necessary Help resolve routine client concerns and identify appropriate next steps Maintain ongoing client relationships through responsive communication and follow-up Support a consistent and positive client experience from initial inquiry through completion Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-focused and professional approach Excellent attention to detail Good organizational and time-management abilities Ability to listen carefully and understand individual client needs Comfortable using online systems and digital communication tools Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities Ability to work independently Reliable follow-through and problem-solving skills Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, client relations, administration, reservations, or a related field is helpful but not required Training & Support Remote work environment Structured initial training Ongoing role-specific training Access to online tools and resources #J-18808-Ljbffr Newhorizonscareergroup
