Marketing Strategy & Operations Lead

Ashby is seeking a Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager to own the technical and analytical backbone that enables campaigns, measurement, and efficiency across an expanding multi-product portfolio (ATS, HRIS, Onboarding). You'll sit in Revenue Operations, collaborating closely with the VP of Marketing to track campaigns, build dashboards, and measure CAC as Ashby scales.
