California Licensed Data Support Analyst

Supporting Local Education Agencies (LEAs) in California, the full-time District Data Support Analyst will manage the receipt, processing, and troubleshooting of district transcript files while ensuring data validity and collaborating with LEA staff to resolve issues, all in a remote work environment with occasional travel. Key responsibilities Regularly process and review logs for transcript files in AWS and CaliforniaColleges.edu environments Develop documentation addressing technical and end-user needs related to transcript files and data validity concerns Support ongoing quality assurance testing on transcript files for existing and onboarding districts Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience At least two years of cumulative professional experience Minimum of three years of experience with K-12 or higher education transcript data sets High level of comfort working with large data sets using SQL or similar languages Familiarity with K-12 student information systems (SIS) such as PowerSchool or Aeries
