About the job

• The Liquidity Regulatory Reporting team within Treasury manages and monitors key regulatory liquidity metrics and ensures compliance with applicable requirements. This includes the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and related public disclosures, the Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), and the FR 2052a Complex Institution Liquidity Monitoring Report. The team also develops tools to help our business partners analyze the impact of business decisions. In addition, we collaborate with internal and external partners on ongoing examinations and audits of liquidity practices.
• As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you will support the daily production, validation, control, and submission processes for U.S. liquidity regulatory reporting. You will take primary responsibility for FR 2052a reporting while providing additional support for the LCR and NSFR reporting processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage daily production activities within strict regulatory deadlines while partnering cross-functionally with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Data, and Technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily FR 2052a production, validation, and regulatory submission activities in accordance with established procedures and strict reporting deadlines.
• Perform detailed variance analysis, reconciliations, and quality reviews to ensure reporting completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Utilize SQL to analyze large datasets, investigate reporting anomalies, and identify root causes of data issues.
• Monitor reporting processes, data feeds, and system interfaces; promptly identify, escalate, and track issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Support LCR and NSFR reporting processes, including data validation, reconciliations, and reporting controls.
• Partner with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Data Management, and Technology teams to resolve data discrepancies and implement reporting enhancements.
• Maintain and enhance reporting procedures, control documentation, governance evidence, and audit support materials.
• Participate in testing, implementation, and production validation of regulatory reporting changes, system upgrades, and new initiatives.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, reduce manual processes, and strengthen operational controls.
• Develop comprehensive business requirements for functional and nonfunctional enhancements supporting liquidity regulatory reporting processes.
• Create and optimize SQL queries to analyze datasets of varying complexity, develop analytical models, and interpret data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems).

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-5 years of related experience within a financial institution (e.g., banking or broker-dealer businesses).
• Experience with liquidity regulatory reporting, specifically FR 2052a, Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), and Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR).
• Experience working with SQL and Microsoft Excel to analyze large datasets and run complex queries.
• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AxiomSL ControllerView.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting policy.
• Hands-on experience implementing automation tools to optimize reporting processes.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven track record in data analysis and trend identification.
• Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create comprehensive business requirements, process documentation, and analytical reports.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, make informed decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
