About the Department The Corporate Real Estate & Facilities team manages Franklin Templeton’s global office portfolio to ensure safe, functional, and welcoming workplaces. The team partners closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support daily operations, collaboration, and innovation. Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day facilities operations, ensuring all services are delivered effectively and office needs are met. Act as liaison with building management, ensuring all building‑related issues are corrected in a timely manner. Manage service contracts cost‑effectively, overseeing all aspects of service delivery and conducting periodic performance and financial reviews. Maintain overall responsibility for security, including programming and monitoring the security card‑access system for employees and reviewing access reports to ensure cards are issued and terminated promptly. Handle facilities’ administrative needs, including invoice processing and approval, and parking system management. Build relationships and partnerships with key contacts in all departments to ensure services are delivered effectively and timely. What Will Help You Be Successful Experience, Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree with 5 (five) years of experience in engineering, architecture or facility management, or 10 (ten) years of hands‑on experience without a degree. Technical Skills: Knowledge of construction, engineering, or architecture; proficiency in computer systems and facilities software. Soft Skills: Effective communication and negotiation skills; ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality; skilled in problem‑solving and decision‑making.
