The role includes administrative duties and support to insurance agents in acquiring and retaining customers. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong client relations, a sales‑oriented mindset, and an ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment to grow their career and income. If this requirement is not met, the application will not be considered. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including responses to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Communicate effectively to efficiently meet customer needs while promoting business development. Assist the office with pivot sales, approximately 20% of the role. Qualifications Dedicated to customer service. Sales experience preferred (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing). Must have a current/active P&C license. Must be able to obtain a Life/Health license within 90 days of hire. Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals. Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
