What you'll do

• Proactively contact prospective customers through phone calls, referrals, internet leads, and community networking.
• Build relationships that lead to long-term clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend insurance solutions that provide real value.
• Consistently follow up with prospects until a buying decision is made.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline using our CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and activity goals.
• Work with a high-energy team focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required. We can teach sales—we can't teach drive.
• Ability to obtain Washington State insurance licenses.

Compensation: Base salary + uncapped bonuses + incentives. Your earning potential is largely determined by your effort, consistency, and ability to build relationships. Compensation: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
