As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ej Silvers - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. Our agency was opened on January 1st, 2017, and today we're a strong team of five. As a proud University of Washington alum, I've built this office around one core belief: we win together. What truly sets my agency apart is the unique dynamic of working alongside my brother's office in the same building and staying closely connected with my father's agency. Before becoming an agent, I was a team member myself, so I understand firsthand what it takes to thrive in this role. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to customers, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and using your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
Qualifications include experience in insurance sales or account management preferred, leadership and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, willingness to engage in sales conversations, and bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.

We are located in Renton, WA and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, and retirement planning. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
