Cash Flow Analyst

Benesch is proud to announce the opening for a Cash Flow Analyst in our Cleveland office. This position is hybrid and offers work‑from‑home flexibility. Position Summary Do you have treasury management experience and are looking to transition it into a new industry? Do you enjoy forecasting and analysis to determine cash patterns? Do you have experience with banking, setting up wires, ACHs? If so, our Cash Flow Analyst position may be what you're looking for! This role is for the experienced financial professional who loves Excel and brings accounting expertise to the table. Essential Functions Monitor and manage the company's daily cash position. Prepare and execute cash forecasting and analysis. Optimize cash management processes for efficiency. Reconcile bank statements for operating and IOLTA accounts. Prepare treasury‑related forecasts and analyses. Handle foreign currency transactions and manage exchange rate fluctuations. Support the development of relationships with banking partners. Support month‑end closing processes. Perform other duties and projects assigned. Qualifications The Cash Flow Analyst must have a bachelor's degree, preferably accounting or finance, from an accredited university. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of financial analysis or accounting experience is required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word. Essential soft skills include strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, the capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and adaptability. Aderant experience and excellent customer service skills are a plus. The salary range for this position is $69K to $84.5K. Additional Information This salary range is based on best estimate at the time of the posting and may vary depending on experience and other factors. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that Benesch provides. Full‑time positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
