UI/UX Designer

Konrad is seeking an Experience Designer focused on UI/UX to help shape mobile, tablet, and web products from early thinking through shipped digital experiences. In this hybrid role based in New York, NY, you will connect design, business, and technology while contributing to a culture that values learning and continuous improvement. Role overview You will play an active part in design thinking and create interactive solutions that address real project needs. The position centers on user research, prototyping, and collaboration across teams to deliver high-quality product experiences. Responsibilities Build a clear understanding of project requirements by attending design thinking workshops, conducting user research, running user tests, and designing rich interactive experiences Spot opportunities for clients and address functional challenges through brainstorming, ideating, and partnering with teammates to design digital solutions Work with developers and consultants to align on technology requirements and business objectives as they relate to product design Develop industry-leading solutions by staying current with design best practices and the latest technologies Support and advocate for a culture of lifelong learners Requirements 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design (minimum 1 year) Meticulous attention to detail, with strong expertise in typography and visual hierarchy Solid conceptual thinking plus reliable design execution across visual and interaction design Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for the digital space and the ability to explain design concepts and rationales Working familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools An in-depth portfolio featuring digital projects you can share Experience in motion design and web or mobile development is a bonus Tools & technologies Figma Adobe Creative Suite Compensation & location Location: New York, NY (hybrid) Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000 per year Benefits Comprehensive Health & Wellness Benefits Package Retirement Planning Parental Leave Program Flexible Working Hours Work from Home Flexibility Service Recognition Programs Socials, Outings & Retreats Culture of Learning & Development Bonus points If you have taken courses at BrainStation, highlight that in your cover letter.
