Job Details Join our team as a Plaintiff Attorney – Advocate for Justice and make a difference for the victims of the Wildfires and Environmental Disasters. Salary: $130,000 - $210,000 per year Benefits Base Salary Bonus 401k Match Equity Full Benefits Growth Potential Responsibilities Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Attend hearings, depositions, and trials Negotiate with opposing counsel to settle cases Provide counsel to clients regarding their legal rights and options Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in HI Minimum of 2 years of experience in plaintiff litigation, with a focus on personal injury, wrongful death, and fire litigation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
