The Decision Management program enables intelligent decision-based products through streaming analytics with the ability to govern these decisions and manage their outcomes with business agility. This program leverages business rules & AI engines, a streaming big data cluster, an in-memory data grids, APIs, & UIs to deliver real time decisions at global scale. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our DMP team for the Decision Operations product in Vancouver office. Are you a technical programmer with experience working on high performance applications? Own end-to-end software delivery responsibilities including solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, documentation, configuration management, and operational excellence at the application and software component level.

Develop and maintain modern full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures, delivering scalable and resilient solutions.

Design and build responsive, component-based front-end applications using modern React frameworks and tooling such as Vite, React Router, Zustand/Redux, Material UI, Tailwind CSS, and ShadCN UI.

Develop AI-powered applications leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI patterns, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and LLM integrations.

Design, implement, and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) Servers and MCP Clients to enable AI agents and applications to securely discover, orchestrate, and invoke enterprise tools, APIs, knowledge sources, and business workflows.

Develop and integrate AI tool ecosystems using MCP frameworks, enabling seamless connectivity to enterprise systems, custom services, databases, APIs, collaboration platforms, and third-party tools.

Participate actively in all Scrum ceremonies following SAFe Agile methodologies, contributing to planning, estimation, execution, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive architecture, code, design, and technology trade-off discussions within the team and provide technical leadership for complex engineering challenges.

Champion engineering excellence through adoption of coding standards, design patterns, AI-assisted development practices, DevSecOps principles, test automation, and reusable frameworks.

Perform peer reviews of code, test automation, AI integrations, MCP implementations, and architectural designs to ensure maintainability, scalability, security, and performance.

Develop deep understanding of end-to-end system architecture, platform dependencies, AI ecosystem integrations, and enterprise application workflows.

Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members on software engineering best practices, React development, AI application design, MCP framework implementation, and modern cloud-native technologies.

Build comprehensive automated testing solutions including unit testing, mutation test
