Loan Servicing Specialist II Escrow

The Loan Servicing Specialist II Escrow is responsible for administering residential mortgage escrow accounts by ensuring the accurate processing of property taxes, insurance, escrow analyses, and related servicing functions while providing excellent service to members and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and review CoreLogic Tax Amount Reports (TARs).
• Review borrower-submitted tax bills and ensure accurate tax payment processing.
• Respond to member and internal Help Scout requests.
• Provide phone support for mortgage servicing operations.
• Process tax and insurance disbursements and resolve payment variances.
• Perform annual escrow analyses and process escrow adjustments.
• Review negative escrow, delinquent tax, and PMI removal reports.
• Reconcile assigned General Ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor delinquent property taxes and coordinate follow-up with vendors and tax authorities.
• Maintain compliance with investor guidelines, regulations, and internal procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 35 years of mortgage servicing experience in a bank or credit union preferred.
• Knowledge of escrow administration, taxes, insurance, and PMI preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base hourly range for this position is $24.00 - $25.50 per hour, excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience. We also take pay equity seriously and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please note that the range provided reflects the full base pay for this role.
