Responsibilities: • Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff • Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure • Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs • Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements • Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service Qualifications: • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills • High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree in hospitality management preferred • Must have a food handling license Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 yearly
