Senior Clinical Trial Manager

To support the operational execution of clinical trials, the full-time remote Senior Clinical Trial Manager will oversee multiple regions, manage day-to-day trial activities, and ensure compliance and quality standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. Key responsibilities Execute clinical operations strategy for high-touch, patient-centered trials and ensure all deliverables meet timelines and quality standards Lead proactive identification and management of clinical study challenges and risks while overseeing site activities and vendor performance Participate in the development of study documents and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the trial process Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy) is required Minimum of 5 years' clinical trial management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and/or CRO industry Experience managing global clinical trials with a strong understanding of regional regulatory requirements Phase 2/Phase 3 and oncology study experience strongly preferred Proven ability to lead teams in a virtual environment and effectively manage relationships with CROs and vendors Virtual Vocations Inc
