JOB TITLE : RN, UR/Case Management

REPORTS TO : Director, UR/Case Management

POSITION SUMMARY : Conducts all activities connected with case management for all patients in the hospital. Maintains current knowledge of all regulations. Performs all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE : A minimum of one year of UR experience in an acute care setting preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS : Current RN California License, current BLS.
