On-Site Janitorial Supervisor

Location: Maryland Public Television, 11767 Owings Mills Blvd., Owings Mills, MD 21117



Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM-10:00 PM; Saturdays, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM as required for floor-care oversight.

Position Summary
GD Resources LLC is seeking an experienced On-Site Janitorial Supervisor to oversee janitorial operations at the Maryland Public Television facility. The Supervisor will lead the evening cleaning team, monitor quality, coordinate floor-care activities, and serve as the primary onsite representative for GD Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial personnel and daily cleaning operations.
• Ensure all required daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and periodic services are completed.
• Inspect completed work and promptly address deficiencies.
• Coordinate with the MPT Contract Monitor regarding instructions, quality issues, schedules, and facility requirements.
• Oversee Saturday floor-care operations.
• Prepare and maintain periodic cleaning schedules.
• Assist with cleaning duties when necessary.
• Ensure staff comply with security, safety, dress, and facility procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 years of cleaning-supervision experience involving facilities of comparable type and size.
• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial janitorial operations and quality control.
• Ability to supervise, train, and direct cleaning personnel.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
